The Race to Le Touquet

“At the heart of the Redlibbets golf season, the Race to Le Touquet gives members the chance to experience a order of merit style competition structure, with outstanding prizes on offer to the triumphant man and lady.” Ed Richardson, CEO

Redlibbets Golf Club

What is the Race to Le Touquet?

The Race to Le Touquet is an order of merit that runs throughout the summer golf season. With six events, all played in a stableford format, your finishes in each competition grant you points that advance you up the overall leaderboard!

As an order of meritone bad finish does not automatically spell disaster, and there is plenty of opportunity to improve your standings throughout the year.

There is both a men’s and ladies’ competition, and the winners receive an all expenses trip to the fantastic Le Touquet resort to compete in the grand finals against the winners from other Get Golfing sites. With prizes on offer for each individual competition, in addition the the overall prize, there is plenty to play for in each and every competition in the Race to Le Touquet calendar!

2024 is going to be bigger and better!

We’ve got big plans for our Race to Le Touquet series this summer. The course is looking fantastic and we’re ready to kickstart the order of merit series for 2024. Details of our first event coming soon!

And here’s what our finalists had to say:

““I was one of only 8 ladies but I realised I was worrying about nothing as soon as I walked into Redlibbets and met Yvonne, Steve and Alex. The reception we got set the tone for the whole trip. Everyone was so friendly and the whole experience was brilliant. The transport, accommodation, food, and courses were perfect. We all managed to play 3 wonderful rounds on 2 beautiful courses. Everyone was so encouraging and although there was competition, everyone was there just to play golf in an idyllic setting with our new found friends.””
