Juniors and pros combined at Redlibbets in a best 2-of-4 stableford format for a battle of the ages. The pros also competed in a separate individual stableford, which proved to be a very closely fought affair.
Harry Shaw came out on top in the professional comeptition, winning on countback from Daniel Smith after a pair of -3, 39 pointers. His team, consisting of harry along with Lawrence, Joshua and Frankie, also proved too strong in the team competition, taking first place with a massive 104 points.
The fun did not stop their, with long putting competitions, archery and a sumptuous barbeque enjoyed by all. Redlibbets is already looking forward to next year’s Junior Pro-Am!

Get Golfing CIO is a charity, whose aim is to encourage greater participation in the game of golf to deliver a positive impact on the physical and mental health of those who play as well as to help reverse the recent trend of golf course closures. To achieve this, the management of Get Golfing CIO understands that they have to deliver the best possible course conditions to attract players to its clubs.
Get Golfing can invest in a club in a way that was not previously possible while at the same time providing a more affordable golf environment. To date, Get Golfing has grown to nine sites and does not have any loans or debts. Growth comes through reinvestment from existing trading activities. While it is a specialist golf operator, Get Golfing recognises the importance of a club’s bar, catering and functions operations. The management of Get Golfing, therefore, is focused on two disciplines: golf and food and beverages.
